Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1. The PAC-MAN45 Heritage Adventures Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”) is organised by the National Heritage Board (the “Organiser”).
   
   
2. By entering the Lucky Draw, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any amendments thereto (the “T&Cs”).
   
   
3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the T&Cs from time to time, and modify, cancel or suspend the Lucky Draw at its sole discretion at any time. Notice of any such amendments,cancellations or suspensions will be posted on https://heritagechomp.sg.

Eligibility

4. The Lucky Draw is open to anyone residing in Singapore, except employees of the Organiser or the immediate family members of such employees.
   
   
5. There is no age restriction for eligibility. However, parents/guardians of winners under 18 years of age at the time of prize delivery must be present to sign the acknowledgement receipt form upon delivery of the prize, as specified in Clause 18 below.
   
   
6. The Lucky Draw qualifying period will run from 0000 hours on Monday, 12 May 2025 and ends on 2359 hours on Sunday, 1 June 2025 (“Qualifying Period”) and shall comprise of three (3) weekly lucky draws (“Weekly Draw”) and one (1) grand draw (“Grand Draw”), qualifying dates as follows:
   
   
   1. Week 1 Weekly Draw: 0000 hours on Monday, 12 May 2025, to 2359 hours on Sunday, 18 May 2025;
   2. Week 2 Weekly Draw: 0000 hours on Monday, 19 May 2025, to 2359 hours on Sunday, 25 May 2025;
   3. Week 3 Weekly Draw: 0000 hours on Monday, 26 May, to 2359 hours on Sunday, 1 June 2025; and
   4. Grand Draw: 0000 hours on Monday, 12 May 2025, to 2359 hours on Sunday, 1 June 2025

Participation of Lucky Draw

7. To be eligible for the Weekly Draw, the participant must complete the weekly PAC-MAN45 Heritage Adventures challenges (“Challenge”) on https://heritagechomp.sg within the respective weekly Lucky Draw Qualifying Periods. Upon completion of the Challenge, the participant will be directed to the Lucky Draw form to be completed and submitted within the respective weekly Lucky Draw Qualifying Periods, all required fields to be completed accordingly. Each weekly Challenge will coincide with the Weekly Draw qualifying dates; one (1) Challenge per week over the course of three (3) weeks.
   
   
8. There is no limit to the number of times each participant may participate in the weekly Challenge and submit the weekly Lucky Draw form. Each valid weekly Lucky Draw form submission with a valid unique code issued with the completion of each Challenge, will automatically entitle the participant to one (1) Weekly Draw chance and one (1) Grand Draw chance. There are no limits to the number of Weekly Draw and Grand Draw chances.

Selection of Winners and Prizes

9. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the T&Cs or if the Lucky Draw form is deemed to be incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate in the sole and absolute opinion of the Organiser.
   
   
10. All decisions by the Organiser relating to the Lucky Draw are final. The Organiser is not obliged to provide reasons concerning the selection of the Weekly Draw or the Grand Draw winners or entertain any appeals whatsoever.
    

    Weekly Draw Winners

11. The Organiser will select up to five (5) prize winners for each Weekly Draw as set out in Clause 6 above, for the following prizes: -
    
    Weekly Draw prizes:
    Five (5) CapitaLand Vouchers worth S$50 each
    
    
12. The Weekly Draw will take place on Tuesdays, 20 May 2025, 27 May 2025, and 3 June 2025 for Weeks 1 to 3 respectively, at 1200 hours, at the National Heritage Board, 61 Stamford Road, #03-08 Stamford Court, Singapore 178892. Winners will be chosen at random, among entries received that fulfil the eligibility and submission criteria.
    
    
13. Each participant can only win each Weekly Draw once.
    

    Grand Draw Winners

14. The Organiser will select up to one (1) Grand Draw winner, one (1) 2^nd prize winner and one (1) 3^rd prize winner for the Grand Draw as set out in Clause 6 above, for the following prizes: -
    
    Grand Draw top prize:
    One (1) CapitaLand Voucher worth S$500
    
    Grand Draw 2^nd prize:
    One (1) CapitaLand Voucher worth S$400
    
    Grand Draw 3^rd prize:
    One (1) CapitaLand Voucher worth S$300
    
    
15. The Grand Draw will take place on Tuesday, 3 June 2025 at 1200 hours, at the National Heritage Board, 61 Stamford Road, #03-08 Stamford Court, Singapore 178892. Winners will be chosen at random, among entries received that fulfil the eligibility and submission criteria.
    
    
16. Winners will be announced on Organiser’s Facebook page and Instagram page and will also be notified by email with instructions on prize delivery.
    
    
17. If any winner cannot be contacted by the Organiser or does not respond to the notification by the Organiser within five (5) days, the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner or forfeit the prize, and the originally selected winner shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser.
    
    
18. All prizes will be delivered to the winners’ residential address via a third-party courier service OR via email. Winners will be required to provide information as may be requested by the Organiser (including but not limited to, winners’ full name, mobile number and email address, etc.), and winners will be notified of the expected date of delivery of their prize.
    
    
19. As proof of receipt of prizes, winners will be required to sign on the acknowledgement receipt form as provided by the third-party courier service. If any winner is unable to receive the delivery of his/her prize personally on the scheduled delivery date and time, he/she must produce a signed letter authorising a proxy to collect on his/her behalf, in such format as may be specified by the Organiser. Parents/guardians of winners under 18 years of age at the time of prize delivery must be present to sign the acknowledgement receipt form upon delivery of the prize.
    
    
20. In the event the winner or proxy is unable to receive the prize upon delivery, and therefore unable to fulfil the condition as specified in Clause 18 above, the Organiser shall reserve the right to forfeit the prize, and the originally selected winner shall not be entitled to any payment of compensation from the Organiser.
    
    
21. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless otherwise stated, the winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred in relation to the acceptance of the prize.
    
    
22. The Organiser makes no warranties, representations or guarantees either expressed or implied regarding any prize, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
    
    
23. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Lucky Draw winners, forfeit and/or reclaim any prize at any time if the Organiser deems that there has been a breach of the T&Cs by any winner, whether discovered during or after the Lucky Draw Period.
    
    
24. The Organiser may in its sole and absolute discretion substitute, withdraw and/or cancel any prizes or make changes to the value and/or number of prizes at any time without prior notice. The Organiser is not obliged to provide reasons and shall not be liable for any payment or compensation to any person due to such changes.

Liability and Indemnity

25. To the fullest extent permissible under law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, injury or costs and expenses relating to any person’s participation in the Lucky Draw, including but not limited to any changes to the prizes, disqualification of entries, any winner’s acceptance and use of his/her prize and any delay, cancellation, failure or omission on the Organiser’s part to carry out the Lucky Draw whether due to force majeure events or otherwise.
    
    
26. The participant agrees to indemnify the Organiser and hold the Organiser harmless from and against all liabilities, losses, damages, proceedings, suits, actions, claims and demands, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) and expenses whatsoever suffered or incurred by the Organiser relating to or arising from or in connection with any breach of the T&Cs by the participant.
    
    
27. The Lucky Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook / Instagram, and the participant agrees to release Facebook / Instagram from any claims. Questions, comments or feedback relating to the Lucky Draw are to be addressed to the Organiser only and not to Facebook / Instagram. The participant also acknowledges that by opening an account with and using the services, products or features of Facebook / Instagram, the participant is responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of these platforms and the Organiser shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for such account and usage.

Personal Information

28. The participant agrees that the Organiser may collect, use and disclose their personal data as provided to the Organiser for (a) the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw and in relation to the participant’s participation in the same, including publicly disclosing the participant’s name should they be selected as a winner, (b) promotional, marketing and publicity purposes relating to the Lucky Draw and the Organiser generally, (c) for the Organiser’s conduct of research, analysis and development activities (including data analytics, surveys and/or profiling) to enhance the Organiser’s programme offerings and operations, and (d) for the Organiser’s reference and archival purposes. If necessary, the Organiser may share this data with other Government agencies (or non-Government entities which have been authorised to carry out specific services by the Organiser) in order to serve the participant in the most efficient and effective way, unless such sharing is prohibited by legislation. Liability and Indemnity

29. The T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore for every purpose and the participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
